24 Hours Without My Phone Challenge: I Tried A DIGITAL DETOX!

I decided to challenge myself to go 24 hours without not only my iPhone, but overall technology as a whole. (WOAH, I KNOW!) That means no television, no laptop, no tablet, and of course, NO PHONE...it was digital detox time! With less time and focus on my screens and more focus on myself, the day was actually incredibly productive. I decided to treat the day as a "loop day" and used it to tie up all the loose ends & stragglers on my to-do list. You know... the sometimes boring and mundane tasks that we put off until the very last minute.... I WAS TICKING THOSE BOXES OFF LEFT AND RIGHT! Just one day without technology made a noticeable difference in my mental health, so now I challenge YOU to try spending 24 hours without your phone.
