31 Day Squat Challenge
I share my starting point along with my progress throughout the challenge. While squats are pretty simple and straightforward, the initial days of the challenge were pretty difficult to get used to building up those muscles. However, by the end of the 31 days, I felt like a pro! The key here is to make each squat count!
