Mindfulness is about being in the present and really thinking and feeling any moment that you are in. This week I decided to de-stress and try five days of practicing mindfulness and experiencing zen. This practice can be really beneficial for anyone who is feeling overwhelmed to just slow down and enjoy the peace and process of things. Mindfulness can be experienced in a variety of ways and does not necessarily need to be time consuming or difficult! On day one I started with allowing myself 10 minutes to wake up slowly and focus on my breathing. I also tried Inscape meditation studio for a little extra zen. This week was so relaxing and I hope you picked up some ideas that you could implement as well!
