I have been asking what you guys want me to try next and an overwhelming number of people have told me that they want me to try going vegan! So I decided to go vegan for 5 days! I did not realize how difficult it could be going out to eat… there was only one thing I could order on the menu. However, I did find a lot of delicious vegan recipes to try and loved it! I noticed that my energy levels were higher, I never felt uncomfortably full but I stayed satisfied. I had to learn what to supplement to make up for lack of certain vitamins in meat, but once I got the hang of things, it was not bad! Overall, this diet taught me to expand my options, not restrict them and it was a pretty fun challenge!
