5 Days Of Journaling | Try Living With Lucie | Refinery29
If you have been following me along for a little while then you probably remember when I tried 5 days of meditation. Taking that time each day to practice mindfulness was so beneficial for me. I have heard that journaling is also a great way to practice mindfulness, so this week I am trying to set aside 10 minutes a day to sit down, journal and see how it goes! I started off writing stream of consciousness, just letting myself write down whatever came to mind. This lifted a weight off my shoulders being able to mentally run through my day. Journaling was so helpful for self reflection and really showed me areas of my life that I’ve been neglecting. If you have not journaled I would definitely suggest giving it a try!
