Recently I learned that trying a new skill or developing a new hobby that you’re maybe not used to allows your body to deal with stress better over time. I took that to heart and this week I am dedicating each day to trying a brand new skill! There are so many different skills that I want to learn, but I chose ones that were easy to do at home so that I could bring you guys along for all of it! I may have made a song about pizza and brewed my own kombucha! Turns out, learning a new hobby not only helps you deal with stress but also spiked my creativity and was so much fun!
