Anyone who follows me on social media or has been watching my videos for a while knows that I am OBSESSED with pizza. I have pizza shirts, stop motion, videos and posts all dedicated to my love for the food. This week I am taking that love to a new level and eating only pizza for 5 days. There is more to pizza than just the crust, tomato and cheese and to make it through a full week, I am going to need to think outside the box in order to stay nutritious despite only eating pizza. To start off the week, I sat down with nutritionist Keri Glassman to discuss my week and what to do each day to help me enjoy but also not overdo it during this challenge. This week I tried some of the BEST pizza, both restaurant and homemade and it brought me so much joy!
