Self care can come in many different forms. This week I tried 5 days of self care to nourish myself both physically and mentally. This January was a bit rocky for me starting out the New Year and the best way to get myself out of this funk is to dedicate a lot of time and energy into taking better care of myself. Self care truly is the secret to wellbeing and connecting with yourself. This week I tried all different levels of self care by talking to a therapist and holistic self care. I learned that there really is something for everyone when it comes to taking care of yourself and all you really need to do is a little trial and error to discover what that might be for you!
