Most of us hear we should be sleeping 7-9 hours a night. While we know what it feels like to have that or less, ever wondered what it would feel like if you slept more? Well this week I slept 10 HOURS for 5 nights in a row. The first night felt amazing, but it went downhill from there. After the first night, I could not fall asleep the second night and ended up being late to work. At the end of the week I felt like I was lagging behind all my coworkers and did not need as much sleep as I was giving myself! Never again will I sleep this much, but sleep IS still an essential!
