5 Days of Waking Up Early | Try Living with Lucie | Refinery29
Are you an early riser or do you prefer sleeping in? This week I decided to wake up at 5 a.m. every day. “Early to bed and early to rise makes a woman healthy, wealthy and wise”...? We will see if this is true this week. I typically wake up around 8 a.m. everyday but am now going to give myself 3 extra hours in the morning to myself. I made the mistake of going to bed at midnight on Monday and that was hard, but I went to bed with enough time to get 7 hours of sleep the next night and that saved me the next morning. I decided to take this extra time and get a morning workout in whereas I usually would not have the time. Overall, I do not think I would do this every single day but it definitely made me much more productive. I showed up at work early, did not crash in the afternoon and just felt happier!
