There are SO many different types of yoga. For about 4 months I have been saying that I wanted to try yoga, but still haven’t gotten myself to actually do it, so I definitely haven’t found the right type for me. This week I am going to try different forms of yoga every day to see which one I like the best. On monday, I tried a more upbeat and sweaty form of yoga as I took a hip-hop yoga class where the flows were more of a dance and then went straight into a more emotional, stationary, internal form of yoga on Tuesday. Each day was so different - I even ended up on a paddleboard in the Hudson River! This week was so insightful and fun, and I found my favorite form of yoga!
