This week on Lucie For Hire, I bounced over to Yonkers, NY to make a 2 foot slice of pizza! This is, arguably, one of the largest slices of pizza in the world, so of course, I had to take on trying to be a pro pizza chef. Pizza is by far my favorite food. I have tried my hand at homemade pizza in the past, but this definitely takes the cake! It took me quite a few tries to really nail the dough, but once I got it shaped it was smooth sailing from there.
