If you live in New York City and you haven't heard of DŌ Cookie Dough Confections yet, you're likely living under a rock. DŌ has been taking over social media, and people are waiting for hours to get a taste! What could be better than a safe to eat, thick and delicious raw cookie dough? I got the chance to step into the confection kitchen and not only learn how to make the delicious dough, but make my own! After learning the dough making basics, I selected a flavor and whipped up my own creation. Pretty sweet job if you ask me!
