Join me in Vail, Colorado as I train like a professional snowboarder! Today I followed professional snowboarder Kimmy Fasani through all her steps from gearing up to staying fueled throughout a day of boarding! I have snowboarded in the past - but that was 10 years ago so it definitely felt pretty fresh going into today! Finding the right gear was a must because it is a little colder than what I’m used to and we had to have snacks on deck for a day in the mountains. The best part was the cool down at the end to unwind and relax. At the end of the day I had an amazing time and would definitely love to do this again sometime soon!
