Learning To Do A Split & Handstand + Fabletics HAUL!

I always love setting smart goals, creating a healthy lifestyle for myself, and enhancing my overall wellness. In 2020, it's time for some personal goal setting, new year's resolutions building and some lifestyle challenges! My fitness goals 2020 are: trying to do a handstand and trying to do a split. I've been practicing yoga for years now, and I still don't know how to do a split or how to do a handstand without the support of a wall. My yoga journey has been beautiful and I set yoga goals for myself almost every month, but "how to do a split" and "how to hold a handstand" are questions I've been considering for a while now!
