My Morning and Night Skincare Routine for Acne-Prone Skin
The stress of what has been going on in the world has manifested its way onto my skin. I started struggling with acne and stress breakouts back in March, and I wasn't able to get in under control by myself. I tried everything: every product I could possibly find...I even adjusted my diet. I had reached my breaking point and decided it was finally time to consult with a dermatologist. This dermatologist put together an amazing new skincare regimen for me. And this will not only be my summer 2020 skincare routine, but it will be my 2020 skincare routine (for the rest of the year!) that I am going to stick to! Something I discovered on my journey to clear skin was that it's important to have a realistic skincare routine - one that works for you and doesn’t take hours to complete. I also realized pretty early on that this was going to be a long-haul. I have been following this routine for over a month now and my skin is STILL NOT PERFECT. I learned from my dermatologist how to put together a skincare routine that works for me and began exploring and discovering products I love.
