You have seen me travel, try luxurious spa treatments and eat incredible food… but you have not seen me face my fears. This week, I am breaking outside of the normal and comfortable to face one fear every day. I started the week talking to Michelle Poler who started the 100 Days Without Fear challenge and talked about what it meant to really face your fears and well as how it could impact your life to do so. I ended up writing all my fears on slips of paper and put them in a jar to pick on each day.
