I am in COSTA RICA!!! New York is amazing but does not have a whole lot when it comes to outdoor adventures. This week, being in Costa Rica I am challenging myself to an adventure every day! I have been in a little bit of a creative funk and needed to get out and shake things up a little. I decided to fly myself down here for an all-women’s fitness retreat! Go big or go home!!
