Do you drink eight 8 ounce bottles of water a day? I definitely struggle in the hydration department. This week I decided I was going to be super intentional about drinking a full recommended amount of water a day! Staying hydrated is a full time job. You have to bring your water everywhere and really focus on slowly sipping it throughout the day. I decided to fill my water bottles with various fruits and vegetables to try to make drinking it more appealing. I also learned that you can EAT your water! There are a lot of fruits and vegetables that contain a high percentage of water and can be hydrating! It is not easy focusing on getting enough water every single day, but I noticed a huge difference and definitely need to focus on this more in the future!
