I do not love to workout. I would say that I try to make myself do something active a few times a week, but am by no means super consistent. This week I am going to workout for 5 days straight! I want to try a few different workout classes and techniques and see which ones I enjoy most and if this will be exhausting to improve my energy levels. Working out can be such a great stress reducer and the endorphins are supposed to be addictive. It is pretty hard to break into the habit of working out consistently, but if you find a technique you love it can be a fun hobby to pick up!
