Lindt chocolate is the addiction we never knew we needed! today, I spent a day with the Lindt Master Chocolatier, Ann Czaja, and created my own chocolate bar! After selecting a chocolate from the wide variety of beans they had, I then got to pick my additions. Lindt is one of the few places that still uses the raw cocoa bean to make their chocolate and that makes it standout so much more! The end result of my own chocolate bar creation was incredible thanks to the high quality ingredients and expertise of Ann! Today was such a fun day and I learned so much about the expertise that goes into being a chocolatier.
