I am absolutely obsessed with pizza, it is by far my favorite food - but pasta is definitely a close second! After all, I do have a little Italian in my blood! Pasta making is much harder than putting noodles in boiling water and requires making dough and shaping it before cooking it fresh. The taste of fresh pasta is incomparable, but the process can be pretty difficult. Today, I visited an Italian restaurant, iTrulli, owned by a family from Italy and followed along as they followed their authentic italian pasta recipe. It was not easy and took me few tries to get the technique right, but it was so fun and I will be trying to make pasta again sometime soon!
