When my viewers said that they wanted me to try being a chef for the day, I decided to go above and beyond. Today I am joining female sous chef, Jamie, in Nix kitchen to see if I have what it takes to be a Michelin star chef. Receiving a Michelin star is a sign of fine dining and quality cuisine - truly an honor. Nix is the only vegetarian restaurant in New York to be awarded with a Michelin star so I am excited to see how they prepare their famous food! Today’s job was long and a lot of hard work but I left feeling very accomplished and inspired. Getting to see the behind the scenes of such a prestige restaurant was such an incredible experience!
