Getting your hair colored is a pretty common upkeeping for most women (and some men too!). I have always been mesmerized by the process but haven’t really thought about the effort that goes into it. On today’s episode of Lucie For Hire, I trained in color matching, creating, and hair painting. Big shoutout to salon Fourteen Jay for having me today! To kick off the day I had a crash course in color. I had no idea how much art and color knowledge went into mixing the right color. Then we had to go over selecting the right color for each client which depends on their natural hair color, skin tone and what look they are going for. At the end of the day, this was much harder than I expected but also so fun getting to watch the transformations!
