Growing up, I thought pads and tampons were my only 2 options. NOBODY...I repeat, NOBODY...even told me that menstrual cups existed until I was in my 20s. Thankfully, now that I’ve discovered the menstrual cup, I will never look back! While I may have been a little hesitant at first, it is now certainly my recommended choice for your period.
