Pregnancy Favorites

Pregnancy is arguably one of the most intense, complex and difficult life experiences. The moment I found out I was pregnant, I reached out to some close friends who had been pregnant before me, and I asked for their product recommendations. After going through it all myself, I decided to put together a list of my ALL-TIME favorites to help make your experience a bit easier. If you have any pregnant friends, these are amazing gifts to give!

pregnancy pillows

As my belly grew, this wedge pillow was VITAL for side-sleeping. It supported my bump and took some of the pressure off as I reclined on my side. Definitely a must-have in my book.

As your belly grows, having added support while you’re sleeping ensures you get a good night's rest. My body pillow was so comfortable that I still sleep with it 6 months postpartum!

apparel

A full-body unitard was a must-have closet staple for me throughout my pregnancy. Comfy and grows with you!

Hatch has great maternity apparel. I loved this biker short unitard for those warmer months of pregnancy. Pair it with an oversized cardigan for a casual and cozy look!

These maternity leggings from Hatch were by far my favorite. Soft, stretchy, and seamless. I still wear them all the time, so you’ll definitely get plenty of usage out of them.

Particularly towards the end of my pregnancy, I needed a supportive sneaker to help with all the back pain. My followers recommended Hokas and I LOVED them so much. Feels like you’re walking on a cloud.

This set is so stretchy and comfortable + a perfect matching bra & undies set for maternity photos, Mama!

vitamins + supplements

MegaFood vitamins are some of my pregnancy essentials. This Prenatal Vitamin pairs key nutrients with real food and can be taken on an empty stomach! I paired this with their Prenatal DHA & Chlorine.

I paired a 1/2 a Unisom tablet (at night) with 25mg of Vitamin B6 (in the morning) for an at-home pregnancy nausea remedy. It worked SO well and severely lessened that sickly feeling.

accessories

These belly tattoos are non-toxic and plat-based ink! Loved these to help show off what stage of pregnancy you’re at!

I used this belly band towards the end of my pregnancy to support my bump. I was starting to experience lower back pain, and this was a major help.

oils

Hands down, this was the softest and most moisturizing belly oil I found. I love that it doesn’t leave you feeling greasy but it’s incredibly hyrdrating.

I keep Lip + Nipple Oil next to my bedside and use it on my lips nightly. I also used it on my nipples once I started nursing to keep them hydrated!

My downloadable pregnancy E-book has everything you need to stay organized during your pregnancy, including monthly spreads, trackers, and to-do lists for each trimester, and more!
